Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Products sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and correct the problem.

Exceptions/Non-returnable items
Certain types of products cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personal items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific product.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
14-day cooling-off period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, and let you know if your refund is approved or not. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send your refund as well.
